Eight Critical Questions: An eight-week psychoeducational group that is available to all types of losses: parent, sibling, child, spouse, friend, grandparent. Participants can come to sessions in any order. The material covered is based on the book by Alan Wolfelt.

Week 1: Will I grieve or mourn this loss?
Week 2 Will I befriend my feelings of loss, or will I inhibit them?
Week 3 Will I be a passive witness or an active participant in my grief
Week 4 Will I embrace the uniqueness of my grief?
Week 5 Will I work on the six needs of mourning, or will I fall victim to the cliché “time heals all wounds?”
Week 6 Will I believe I must achieve resolution, or will I work toward reconciliation?
Week 7 Will I embrace my transformation?
Week 8 Will this loss add to my “divine spark” or will it take away my life?
