PHIPA - The Personal Health Information Protection Act

The Personal Health Information Act, 2004, S.O. 2004. C.3. Sched. A (PHIPA)- see https://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/04p03 sets out the rules that persons or organizations (defined as "health care custodians" or "health care providers") must follow when collecting, using, disclosing, retaining and disposing of personal health information.
