THE BOOK KEEPER HELPS UPDATE OUR LENDING LIBRARY

April 25, 2024

On April 18, 2024, Susan Chamberlain, Owner of The Book Keeper, donated books on caregiving, living with a life limiting illness, grief and bereavement for both adults and children to help update our lending library at Hospice. We are so grateful to Susan and The Book Keeper for their support in providing these books to provide our clients and the community with resources to assist them as they navigate their journey. Our lending library is open to all community members and books can be checked out for one (1) month at no cost.

ABRAMS CELEBRATES THEIR 100TH ANNIVERSARY FOR SERVICING THE SARNIA-LAMBTON COMMUNITY

On April 18, 2024, ABRAM Sheet Metal donated $5,000 to St. Joseph’s Hospice. This year, 2024, marks the 100th Anniversary for ABRAM servicing the community of Sarnia-Lambton. That is truly amazing! SHONIKER FAMILY GIVES BACK TO HOSPICE

Thank you to Patrick Shoniker, Lana Boyd, and Rose-Marie Shoniker for their generous donation to St. Joseph’s Hospice in Memory of Paul Shoniker, who died at Hospice. We were honoured and privileged to have cared for Paul during his final days and his family during that difficult time. On behalf of all of St. Joseph’s Hospice, we thank you for giving back in such a generous way and offer our love, comfort, and strength.

CARPENTERS UNION LOCAL 1256 CONTINUES TO SUPPORT HOSPICE

SHELL’S COMPASSIONATE COMMITMENT TO SUPPORTING HOSPICE

March 6, 2024

Shell presented St. Joseph’s Hospice with a very generous donation that has made a tremendous impact on our organization and those we serve. From this very generous donation, $7,000 of the funds donated was raised through a BBQ that Shell held, and the additional funds were donated by Shell to Hospice to purchase a Cuddle Bed for our Residence. We are truly thankful for Shell’s continued support and financial contributions to help us provide the best comfort and care for those we serve!
