On July 17, 2026, members of the Lambton Shores Swans presented St. Joseph’s Hospice with a $1,000 cheque from funds raised at their annual Fashion Show. We are so thankful for the Lambton Shores Swans continued support of St. Joseph’s Hospice and most importantly, those we serve.
