GLOBAL DONUTS – NATIONAL HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE WEEK DONUT-OF-THE-DAY AN EXTRAORDINARY SUCCESS
During Hospice Palliative Care Week, St. Joseph’s Hospice and Global Donuts and Deli teamed up to create not just one, but two different types of Hospice Donuts for the Donut-of-the-Day on May 7th, 2026, with 100% of sales being donated back to Hospice.
$3,400 was donated to St. Joseph’s Hospice from donut sales and additional donations. This fundraising campaign was an extraordinary success, making it Global Donuts best charity donut day yet!
What an incredible turnout from our community! We are extremely grateful to the Sarnia Lambton Community, but especially to Gus and his team at Global Donuts and Deli, for not only their philanthropy but the incredibly hard work that went into making this possible!
For those that know Gus, know that he would give the shirt off his back for his community! (see video!)
