On behalf of everyone at St. Joseph’s Hospice, congratulations to the Bluewater International Granfondo on an incredible 10 years of success and community impact!
Over the past decade, the Granfondo’s generous support of St. Joseph’s Hospice has helped provide important education and specialized training opportunities for our palliative care nurses and members of our care team. This investment directly strengthens the compassionate, specialized care we are able to provide to residents and families when they need us most.
But the impact of the Bluewater International Granfondo goes far beyond fundraising. For 10 years, this event has brought together cyclists, volunteers, sponsors and community members with a shared commitment to creating a stronger, healthier and more caring community.
A very special thank you to Ken MacAlpine, Kathy Johnson, and Jon Palumbo, whose vision helped bring the Bluewater International Granfondo to life. What began with an idea has grown into an incredible community event and a lasting legacy of giving.
To the organizers, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and every cyclist who has participated over the years, thank you. You should be incredibly proud of what you have accomplished.
Thank you for your friendship, your generosity, and your belief in the work of St. Joseph’s Hospice.
Congratulations on 10 amazing years—and here’s to many more!
