This position plays an important role in supporting the Resident Services team through operational coordination, scheduling support, communication, documentation, and workflow organization within a dynamic healthcare environment.

· Completion of Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care or willingness to obtain within six (6) months of hire
· Regular on-site attendance is required
· Clear Vulnerable Sector Check dated within three (3) months
· Ministry of Labour Worker Health& Safety Awareness in 4 Steps certification
· Government-issued photoidentification prior to employment commencement
