Family Holiday Grief Packages - Sponsored by Plains Midstream Canada

December 9, 2020
With the generous grant from Plains Midstream Canada we were able to assemble 25 Family Holiday Grief Packages to support families in commemorating and mourning after the death of a loved one. In addition, we will be doing a Virtual Event on December 10th 6:30-7:00pm. St. Joseph’s Hospice staff will present a Candle Light Memorial and Storytime of the book “Lighthouse, a Story of Remembrance”.

Memorial Golf Tournament Supports Hospice

On behalf of the St. Joseph’s Hospice, we would like to express our profound gratitude to the family of the late Dan Maidment. The family held the Dan Maidment Memorial Golf Tournament in support of Hospice. The family donated $4,500 from the proceeds of their tournament.

National Bereavement Day

Bottoms Up Bar & Grill Donates $1,000

On Monday October 12, 2020 Bottoms Up Bar & Grill hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner and donated $5 from every dinner sold to St. Joseph’s Hospice. They received an overwhelming response which resulted in a $1,000 donation and over 200 orders made for their Thanksgiving Dinner!
