Our newly-built 10 bedroom residence provides a comfortable, home-like atmosphere for residents in the community who cannot be cared for at home. This setting allows families to share in the end-of-life experience with their loved ones with 24 hour care from healthcare professionals. Specific individual needs of the resident and their families are addressed in a comfortable setting in which the end-of-life journey can take place with dignity, support and love.
A full-service kitchen provides the comforts of home, and each private bedroom suite and bathroom can comfortably accommodate residents and their families in a relaxed environment.
Palliative Care Clinic
The CCAC Palliative Care Clinic is run by Dr. Glen Maddison. Dr. Maddison sees patients from the community diagnosed as Palliative and provides pain and symptom management care to those individuals. For more information on the Palliative Care Clinic, please contact Shari Scarpelli at 519-337-3848.
